Are You a Couch Potato?

Do you wonder how to recognize a couch potato?
It isn't so hard. A couch potao kid is very lazy who is watching TV all the time or playing computer games. That peope eat a lot of sweets and chips. Their parents take them to shool by car and they pick them up after school. They are often very nervous at school and sometimes aggressive, even violent.

If we watch TV a lot, we are exposed to a huge radiation and that's bad for our health. What to do with our energy? It slowly becomes a negative energy and that's why we are angry and often shout to other people.

I can notice that many parents don't pay enough attention to this problem. Actually, I can say that they don't realize the significance of this problem and, step by step, is is becoming deeper and deeper.

I have also noticed that many parents aren't sure how to solve this problem. They use wrong strategies. Some parents yel to their children and minimize the kid's self-confidence. It isn't a big deal if they ask a psychiatrist for help. The worst thing they can do is to forget the problem. It won't disappear by itself. They should try to initiate some interesting and fun activities and do them together with their children.

Couch potatoe children usually consume a lot of fast food like hamburgers, hot-dogs, pizza, all sorts of chips, so many of those children are fat. Following this, I can see that their health is in danger. Their physical abilities, sooner or later, will be at a low level.

Why do we have these troubles? It is because we have advanced technology and the life is pretty easier than it was before.. For example, we don't have to walk to school, we can take a bus. Why not a bike? There are things we should do by ourselves. Television is a modern addiction. According to my survey, most of my friends stare at television programs about 4 hours and 30 minutes per day.

Are you a couch potato? Are your habits healthy? What can you do for yourself?
Do something! Play some sports, eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, drink more milk and water! If you are bored, call your friends. You can do amazing things together. You aren't a sport talent? Well, ride a bike, walk, run around a park...
