Jondar Quest

One hot summer day, Jondar was just awaking and getting out of his hole-filled-tent, when he heard a cry. The cry was of his friend. They were in the jungle, searching for the lost treasure of Haksphut (hak-sh-put), his great, great uncle who had died just after hiding all of his treasures and riches. Haksphut had known his fate; a terrible slow death as a punishment from the great god Hemert (heh-mert), for stealing the famous Hemerian treasure. (The treasure was owned by the great god Hemert himself, whom which it was past down to him from generations upon generations.)

Jondar looked around him startled, trying to find his friend Bruce. He saw, hunching just below a tree, his friend, clutching his stomach. 'What happened?’ Jondar asked astonished. 'r-r-r run…’ he said faintly 'I had w-w-woken up early a-a-and thought I would explore, w-w-when’ He seemed at a loss of wrds 'I-i-i it came’ he said just before going limp. Jondar made a sword of solid steel out of nowhere, as he turned to find this monstrous beast that had killed Bruce. He set out, with nothing but his powers and his sword in hand he set off.

karobeAfter what seemed only 43 minutes and 37 seconds, Jondar met, face to face with the beast it self. It was a Kroube (a beast with four arms and five gruesome eyes.). It lunged towards him but Jondar was too fast. The Kroube slashed and screamed with a huge gash in his stomach made from his sword.

After burying Bruce, he packed up and set out to look for the castle in which the treasure was hidden in.

After two days, Jondar finally found the castle. He summoned a storm with lightning and thunder and burnt down the front gates. He came in to combat and easily won by freezing the guards and teleporting inside. He made his way up the winding stairs, finding it strange that there were no guards to block his path. He remembered how tall the castle was outside, and could not figure out how these stairways could go so high up, until he realized it was a magic staircase. A stair case that went on forever. He now understood why there were not any guards to block his path at the doors and on the stairs. He teleported back down to try to find the real hiding spot of the treasure. After defeating the few obstacles in his path by, freezing them, he thought he would have some fun while looking for the lost treasure. Jondar would put on the dead guards uniform and go to another guard and ask him to think of a number. He would then make the guard go insane to the point where the guard would kill himself, by always answering right.

He finally found the secret chamber in which the treasure was hidden in. It was in the cellar of the whole castle. Jondar of course only found this place by going invisible, and winding though the crowd of guards guarding the castle. It was like walking through crisscrossed laser alarms; one wrong move, and game over. As he walked in, he saw it. The safe which concealed the Hemerian treasure. He walked up to it and reached out to touch it but was stopped by a force field. He teleported inside of the force field, grabbed the treasure and tried to teleport out, but he was blocked. He was stuck. He heard a big booming voice laughing and then saying, "Get him and throw him in the dungeon!"

The next thing he knew, he found himself in a filthy dungeon with 8 other people. He decided to bust out, so he did with his super powers. He melted the gate, and all the prisoners escaped. He teleported back the room with the treasure, grabbed it and was gone before the guards knew what hit them. He had gotten the treasure! "Mission accomplished," he said just before falling unconscious from lack of rest and food, after the distance teleporting.

The next thing he knew he found himself just awaking and getting out of his hole-filled-tent, when he heard a cry…
