Mia Hamm is an inspirational soccer player and a great role model. She is an awesome person to look up to!!
Mia Hamm was a female pro soccer player. She was born in Selma, Alabama on March 17, 1972. She is today 35 years. Her height is 5'5" and her weight is 125. She attended college at University of Carolina. She was a member of FIFA Women's World Cup. In 1994, she married Christian Corry, a Marine Corps pilot, but they divorced in 2001. On November 22, 2003, she married Nomar Garrciaparra, a baseball player. Mia Hamm became the youngest woman to ever to make the U.S. national team. She joined the team when she was 15 years old. Mia Hamm is best known as the star of 1996 and 2004 Olympic soccer champions.
At age 12, she played on her middle school's football team, but when she was 14 she settled on soccer. She later moved to northern Virginia to finish her high school career at Lake Braddock Secondary School, living with her uncle until the rest of her family joined her a year later. At age fifteen, Hamm became the youngest player ever to play for the U.S.A. national soccer team.
At 19 years old, in 1991 she started to compete and to win and enter the ball for US in the Chinese... youngest women once to the
play and the American national sports team at 15 year old of... performance the gold medal which in three Olympics holidays, in 1987
won in 1989 by the south and in 1990 by north and the silver by the south.
