Dieting can be both rewarding and risky. There is a right and wrong way to do it. There are many different types of popular yoyo diets, such as the following: The Atkins Diet, The South Beach Diet, and the Zone Diet. The Atkins Diet has you limit the carbohydrates that you’re taking in every day. The South Beach Diet has you choose the right carbohydrates, the right fats, and lean sources of protein. The Zone Diet is based upon consistent insulin control.

In the Atkins Diet you limit the number of carbohydrates that your body takes in every day. Although some carbohydrates are bad, others are good, and when you limit the number of carbohydrates being allowed into your body then you’re not getting the nutrients that you need. According to the Atkins online site, most people will lose up to 30 pounds during the first month. It is not healthy to lose that much weight in a month.

The South Beach Diet contains three phases. The first phase has you eat the following: lean meat, fish, eggs, reduced-fat cheese, nonfat yogurt, nuts, and plenty of vegetables. The second phase will reintroduce carbohydrates. The third phase is a continuous of the first and second phase. The first and second phase is to help you get used to the diet.

The Zone Diet has rules called basic zone rules. A few examples are the following: Eat a zone meal within one hour of waking, eat every 4 to 6 hours, and drink 8 glasses of water every day. An ordinary day in the zone would include breakfast, lunch, a late afternoon snack, dinner, and a late night snack.

There are many diet rules that anyone who is dieting should follow. A few of them are never skip breakfast, drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day, and don’t eat after 8:00. To start off your day eat a big healthy breakfast. Later on you should eat a substantial lunch, and a light dinner. You also should have approximately 2 nutritious snacks throughout the day. Follow these rules. Diet the healthy way.
