High school students today are growing up with the very real threat of terrorism all around them. It is said that generations are shaped by their childhood experiences and then defined by actions taken in early adulthood. Some experts feel Afghanistan, the Iraq War and the "War on Terror" may become the conflicts that define Gen Y.

There are over 70 countries still ruled by dictators.  There are no legal means to remove them from power.  These dictators suppress the freedoms of speech and religion as well as the right to fair trial.  Some also commit torture, execute opponents and starve their own people. What effect will these leaders have on the world?  How will Gen Y deal with them?
